Our client, Brolen Homes, is a multi-award winning and Australian owned project home builder based in Oran Park. They build innovative and modern homes of exceptional quality across South Western & North West Sydney Growth centres. They have experienced steady growth and have a solid pipeline of jobs for years to come. We are now seeking a Pre-Construction Customer Service Officer to join their team and contribute to their growing success.

You will be responsible for managing the administration process/workflow throughout the pre-construction phase (and building phase as necessary) and assisting with pre-construction work for large volume building projects to enable the successful delivery of the projects.

**Your primary responsibilities include**:

- Liaising with clients, consultants, councils and relevant authorities through the progress of the build to identify and discuss any issues, complaints, changes or updates.
- Managing client folders, contracts and other documentation
- Preparing and lodging CDC/ DA/ CC/OC with respective Authorities/Certifiers
- Preparing HIA contracts, Tender Documents, Preliminary Agreements, and Consents
- Booking walk-through and handover appointments
- Working with the Director on large volume building projects, managing the administrative process/workflow for the pre-construction phase.

**To be considered for this role, ideally you will have**:

- At least 3 years’ experience with a home builder managing the pre-construction phase.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A high level of organisation, coordination and prioritisation skills
- A high degree of self-motivation and a proactive attitude
- The ability to work well under pressure, juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Great teamwork skills
