The Finance Officer, Accounts Payable is responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable functions ensuring that all processes comply with the Mint’s policies and procedures. On a daily basis, they process accounts payable invoices and debit memos.
The Finance Officer, Accounts Payable assists with the preparation of fortnightly cash flow, management reporting and reconciliations.

Please note that this is a part-time position requiring 4 days of work per week. Tuesday and Wednesday are mandatory, while the remaining two days offer flexibility.

The duties of this position include:

- End-to-end accounts payable functions, including processing invoices and debit memos through SAP e-invoicing, and creditor management.
- Ensuring compliance with the Mint’s policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the preparation of a fortnightly cash flow.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management reports, including reconciliations.
- Providing advice related to accounts payable functions and systems.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Security clearance**
This position requires a **Baseline** security clearance. The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
