Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced scheduling/rostering team member for a full-time onsite role based in our South Morang office in Victoria.

HOURS: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for participants and staff, ensuring shifts are covered and care needs are met.
2. Manage staff leave requests, ensuring there's sufficient coverage for absences.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for both staff and participants regarding scheduling matters, including last-minute adjustments and shift changes.
4. Collaborate with care teams to ensure scheduling aligns with participants' specific needs and preferences.
5. Continuously improve scheduling processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Has strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
2. Is detail-oriented and can identify discrepancies in rosters and timesheets.
3. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
