Our People and Culture team is growing and we’re on the hunt for a hands on, energetic and practical People & Culture Advisor. This role will suit someone with some HR experience, looking to build on their generalist skillset who loves delivering people and culture initiatives that drive engagement.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the People & Culture General Manager, the P&C Advisor is a newly created role, responsible for providing end to end HR support to our managers and contributing to the development and implementation of best practice people initiatives. Main responsibilities include:

- Providing end to end HR support & advice to our managers and team members
- Development and delivery of learning & development programs, including ownership for our Emerging Leaders program
- Plan, communicate and deliver our engagement surveys, including full ownership of action plans and initiatives where required
- Assist with the planning and delivery of our performance review cycles
- Provide recruitment and talent support, including onboarding, talent pipelining and succession planning
- Contribute to policy development and delivery
- Work with the P&C team to analyse the need for, and propose fit for purpose people, culture & sustainability initiatives

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3 years + experience working in a similar role. Broad generalist skills and knowledge but with a bent towards OD & L&D
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and awards
- Experience with owning engagement & development programs
- Tech savvy with a process improvement mindset
- Knowledge of HRIS systems. Culture Amp experience advantageous
- Enjoys being hands on and getting stuff done
- Someone who is flexible, high degree of emotional intelligence and likes having fun
