**Digital Communications Advisor**

One of our clients, a local council within the Cheltenham area, is looking for a Digital Communications Advisor to join their passionate team.

This Job is a casual role, however will be for 38 hours per week and could lead onto gaining a full-time contract.

Your shift will start at 8.00am and will end at 5.00pm

Pay Rate: $45.05 Per Hour + Superannuation.

Starting: ASAP.

The purpose of the role is to oversee the Company’s online and digital communications channels including websites, intranet, social media, online marketing and advertising.

**You will Need**:
A current Victorian Drivers Licence.

Tertiary qualification in Communication and/or relevant experience in a similar role.

Previous experience in developing, designing and managing websites.

Relevant experience in overseeing social media accounts and advertising.

Previous experience liaising with web developers and designers.

**You will be**:
Creating and implementing digital communication plans and campaigns to support teams across the organisation in achieving their objectives.

Providing expert advice and support to the organisation on the preparation and publishing of information on various digital platforms including websites, intranet and social media sites.

Oversee development and improvement works across the organisation digital platforms in conjunctions with external vendors.

Managing, editing and publishing information to ensure consistency and appropriate timely presentation.

Develop new processes and maintain existing processes to manage digital platforms.

Assisting in the development and adherence to Organisations web and social media policy

Please Note - a Police Check, WWCC and Covid Vaccination status will all need to be obtained upon placement.
