**About the Business**

Furnace Solutions is a unique provider of maintenance solutions for the mining, minerals and metals industry globally. Our Adelaide Office currently has shutdown and rostered work ongoing.

**About the Role**
- Site Based role assisting the project team to execute the Blast Furnace Shutdown
- Influence, lead, mentor and coach operational teams to deliver a high safety culture and behaviour.
- Build and sustain positive and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and complete effective incident investigations with internal stakeholders
- Complete regular field auditing, inductions, training and other HSE operational activities as required.
- Support the delivery of communication and consultation activities, including toolbox meetings and HSEQ committees
- Support risk register activities within business areas, and support and guide stakeholders.
- Occupational Hygiene and HSE advice to employees

Accommodation and Meals provided, transport from POO main airport within Australia.

12hr shifts - Competitive hourly rate Dayshift and Nightshift

**To be successful for this role**:

- Previous site-based experience in a similar role on a shutdown or major project.
- Be solutions orientated and able manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Able to work as part of an execution team.
- Computer literacy and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- White Card, Confined Space & Working at Heights Tickets (Obtained with in the past two year)
