Work for a high performing Sales Agent within the #1 sales office, Place Bulimba, that wants to see you succeed and take initiative in your day-to-day work. The Sales Assistant role is the perfect opportunity to bring your autonomy and go getter attitude/approach to the job where you can succeed every day.
This opportunity requires working every Saturday (Real Estate Day), with a rostered day off during the week.
**This is a varied role with aspects of**:
- Prospecting and database management;
- Buyer management and client communications;
- Conducting open homes and private inspections;
- Preparing legal documentation including Form 6’s and Contracts of sale;
- Execution of all marketing campaigns;
- Social media management;
- Attending external appointments inclusive of building and pest inspections and photo shoots; and
- General administration as required.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a support role within the industry;
- Current QLD Sales Registration
- The ability to adapt and be flexible with the varied demands of the industry
- Professional presentation
- Strong and Written verbal skills
- CRM experience preferred (REX)
