Venue Manager

**Mina Italian is looking for a Venue Manager and an Assistant manager.**

The venue is open 7 nights and 3 lunches in Bulimba.

We are looking for a leader, dynamic, full of energies, ready to take this venue to the next level with our current team of amazing waiters, chefs and pizza makers.

We are keen for someone to take ownership of the venue and help with building an amazing team around you. We are a solid group with over 10 venues in Brisbane and we believe in empowering the Venue Manager to learn from us and grow in our group.

Currently the team is about 8 staff in the kitchen and 8 in the front of house, a good and solid team.

The bonuses are applied and paid weekly based on budgets and sales.

DUTIES
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints
- Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
- Maintain staff training
- Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Control costs and cut waste
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
