Our Optometrists in collaboration with our team of optical dispensers have enormous experience in the dispensing of children’s eyewear, Industry-leading clinical diagnosis and treatment for patients where we can detect, diagnose, and treat eye health and vision conditions that affect vision.
We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as a full time Optical Dispenser to join the team.
**Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Assist with frame selection and fittings
- Handle administrative tasks, including billing and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Create and post engaging social media content

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- No experience required, must be available to work Saturdays
