At Spanian’s Kebabs, we’re serious about flavour — but even more serious about **food safety, hygiene, and quality**. We’re on the hunt for an experienced **Quality Assurance (QA) Manager / Food Safety Manager** to lead our compliance and food safety systems across multiple locations.

This is a hands-on, **permanent full-time role** where you’ll make sure every kebab we serve is as safe, fresh, and delicious as it is unforgettable.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct **internal audits and store inspections** to keep standards sky-high
- Maintain and strengthen our **HACCP food safety and hygiene systems**:

- Lead **investigations, reporting, and corrective actions** on any quality control issues
- Train store teams on **compliance, hygiene, and food handling best practices**:

- Stay up to date with **food safety regulations** and roll out updates across the business

**What You Bring**:

- Proven **QA / food safety experience** in QSR, FMCG, or food service (highly regarded)
- Strong **communication, training, and problem-solving skills**:

- Confidence to work independently and **travel between sites** as required
- Ability to work both **autonomously and collaboratively** with store teams

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
