While a background as a **Chef or in culinary operations** would be highly beneficial, it is **not essential** — what matters most is your commitment to ensuring compliance, consistency, and excellence in every aspect of food handling and service.

**About the Role**

As a QA Manager, you will:

- Oversee compliance with food safety, OH&S, and company policies.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and reporting to maintain high standards.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure consistent quality.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**About You**
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage both kitchen staff and management.
- Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining excellence.
- **Culinary experience (Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar) is highly regarded but not required.**
