We currently have a unique opportunity for a self-motived, professional and experienced Hospitality Coordinator to join our firm on a 3 day part-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for the catering of the firm’s events and meetings, including morning teas, breakfast seminars and lunches, and ensuring the front-of house and kitchens are maintained.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- ensuring the reception area, boardroom and meeting rooms are kept presentable at all times;
- the management of three kitchens, including two staff kitchens;
- maintaining a high-standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness at all times;
- the ordering and restocking of supplies across all three kitchens;
- coordinating external caterers and suppliers;
- setting-up and serving of food for morning teas, lunches, seminars and meetings;
- ordering and preparing coffees and beverages for client and staff meetings; and
- the maintenance, ordering and cleaning of the three automated coffee machines.

In addition, you will be required to assist with reception duties on occasion.

This role is very hands-on and requires excellent organisational skills, attention-to-detail and a positive work attitude.
