An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Registered Nurse to assume the role of Hospital Coordinator at a private hospital in Eastern Melbourne. It is a permanent Part-Time role.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Hospital Coordinator, you will provide operational management, professional clinical leadership and supervision after hours. You will be a vital link between the "in hours" and "after hours" nursing teams while assuming the responsibilities for patient access and casual staffing allocations after hours, ensuring timely patient access and resources are available to meet identified needs.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Current Registration with AHPRA;
- Experience in the Acute setting/relevant to advanced position skills;
- Sound clinical knowledge;
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills;
- Positive role modelling behaviours;
- Excellent customer service focus, time management and prioritisation;
- Ability to manage a dynamic and changing environment;
**REMUNERATION**

A salary ranges from $55.07 - $60.58 per hour, based on your years of relevant experience.

**ABOUT THE FACILITY**

The hospital, located in Melbourne, is a fully accredited tertiary facility with 295 beds that provides Emergency Services, Intensive Care and Cardiac Services, including a 24-hour Cardiac Cath Lab and Victoria's only Single-Site Robotic Surgery Program. The hospital has 8 surgical wards with various specialties, including cardiac, general surgery, plastics, colorectal, hepatobiliary, urology, orthopaedics, neurosurgery and vascular surgery.
