**The Opportunity**
LiveBetter was created to support everyone in Australia to enjoy the things they do every day, with tools to help our customers eat, move and feel healthier.
Leveraging Medibank’s improved Digital and IT assets, the Loyalty team are enabling more proactive and personalised communication with customers, as well as expanding Medibank's health and wellbeing proposition.

The Systems Specialist will support program and platform operations for Live Better. This involves building an in-depth knowledge of the program’s proposition and rules, managing the underlying infrastructure that enables LiveBetter and transforming support for customers, partners and corporate clients through the delivery of LiveBetter’s program of work and delivery of continuous improvement.
**Your Impact**
The Systems Specialist will partner with Medibank’s vendors and the business to configure systems and issue LiveBetter points in accordance with program rules and processes while assisting to deliver against LiveBetter’s program of work including operational readiness and delivery.
Develop processes to improve or re-engineer configuration for the betterment of the program’s members, Medibank and its Partner and drive operational efficiency and optimise performance.
**Some of your duties include**:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Live Better program to provide customer, partner, and corporate support
- Support the management of system and operational processes with internal stakeholders, third party vendors and partners
- Perform regular QA checks and root cause analysis, monitor point file acceptance criteria, partner linkage requirements, data flows and integration points between systems and file rejections
- Active delivery in automation for efficiency and effectiveness to transform key processes for customers and team members
- Identify areas of improvement and assist in delivery to optimise performance for continuous improvement
- Active delivery in LiveBetter’s program and platform operations including operational readiness
**About you**
You’ll have previous experience operating independently in a complex, ambiguous, multi-channel business environment work alongside IT vendors. You have a natural ability to problem solve and great attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset and ambition.
**Further requirements include**:
- Experience in program management with technical, digital, administrative and/or operational focus
- Demonstrated systems support, analysis, quality assurance, process improvement, documentation experience
- Experience with software and support ticketing systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients
- Ability to work closely with end-users to understand their needs and constraints
- Expertise in automation technologies and framework
