**About Us**

Mastlink Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and highly motivated Logistic Specialist to facilitate our business in sheepskins and meat trading.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be someone who can lead with exceptional communication and strong people leadership skills along with the ability to provide ongoing training and development to your teams. You will have a can-do attitude and be a strong support to the Director in the running of all aspects of the business.

**About the role**

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Mastlink Australia Sales Support team located in Docklands, Melbourne.

Reporting to the Manager - Sales Support, the primary purpose of this role is to:

- Support all import and export customer activities.
- Support the achievement of sales strategies, business plans, and performance targets.
- Support Sales Managers in generating new business and maintaining existing customers.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our Sales Support team, providing effective support and service to our customers and our teams.

Other responsibilities in this role include:

- All import and export Sales Support activities.
- Export Preparation including bookings, allocations, and prioritization of Cargo.
- Updating cargo descriptions, dimensions, and weight as required.
- Cargo Receiving includes pre-receival preparation, tracing cargo, updating systems, and notifying customers.
- Assist accounts in allocating payments, consolidate funds received in bank statements and organize refunds as required.
- Ensure cargo status’ are up to date.
- Follow up on undelivered cargo with relevant customer/terminal.
- Provide Sales Support to the Sales team as required
- Release Bills of Lading and Delivery Orders upon payment of charges or within credit terms.
- Accept and reject cargo upon instructions from the trade team.
- Ensure space allocations are adhered to.
- Coordinating export shipments from booking until loading on vessel.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Docklands VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
