Job Summary:
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Kunda Park store. This involves managing staff, developing business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Your leadership skills, combined with your excellent understanding of the automotive and tyre industry, will ensure our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the store, including staff, inventory, customer service and passenger and truck tyre sales

Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)

**Requirements**:
Proven successful experience as a retail manager with management of more than 10 staff

Powerful leading skills and business orientation

Customer management skills

Strong organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the automotive, car and truck tyre industry
