48 Flavours is a family-owned gelateria that produces an upmarket range of artisan gelato using fresh South Australian produce. We are locally and internationally recognised and trusted for our handmade Premium Award-winning flavour range.

With four locations in Adelaide and surrounding suburbs, 48 Flavours is seeking to employ a Store Manager to join our established and growing business to manage our 48 Flavours store in Hyde Park.

As a core part of the management team, you will be required to lead from the front with a hands-on approach to ensure your store operates to the expected standard. You must be motivated, sociable, take pride in your work and show an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.

Reporting directly to the owners and operations manager you will be responsible for:

- Implementing the business objectives, policies and procedures within the store
- Managing day to day operations, including opening and closing the store, staffing and rosters
- Driving a customer centric culture, ensuring all team members bring to life our customer service promise
- Supporting the achievement of sales targets and KPI's set by 48 Flavours Management
- Executing promotional and merchandising activities to support in store campaigns
- Assist in developing and training our team with product knowledge, service skills and team culture
- Adhering to all OHS requirements
- Have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management position
- Experience in a busy venue with a strong focus on delivering high standards of customer service
- Have a hands-on approach, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and strict attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Ability to lead and inspire your team to exceed KPI's and work to the highest capabilities to continually outperform and achieve great customer service
- Availability to work weekends and evening shifts to 10.30pm
