We are on the lookout for a Store Manager to join Potato Corner store at Macquarie Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international fast food brand.

Here at Potato Corner we do French fries. Not just plain old French fries, we do the WORLD'S BEST FLAVOURED FRIES

Established in 1992 we quickly stamped our brand in the market place as a leader in flavoured French fries, generating a stream of interest from all across the globe. With well over 700 locations worldwide operating to date, it's safe to say Potato Corner is here to stay

In Australia, Potato Corner first hit our shores in 2014. With high growth potential and exciting opportunities for immediate expansion ahead, we are looking for people who will share in our vision to bring our unique flavoured fries to all parts of Australia.

**Main responsibilities**:

- You will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant
- Manage, Lead and Inspire your team
- Meet store KPIs
- Elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable
- Strong in stock management and cost control processes
- Communicate professionally with a diverse range of customers and suppliers
- You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant

**What are we looking for?**
- Must have experience as a store manager
- Can work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Full responsibility over financial and store management
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must be able to mentor and train team members and have a great leadership approach
- Must thrive in a fast paced environment and work as team
- Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain store operational standards and complete daily tasks, ordering and rostering
- Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability
- Punctual and reliable
