**About the role**:
We are looking for a hands-on store manager to help manage a small team. We are after a passionate team member willing to contribute to the business, grow and offer honest feedback to help shape our business. As we are a small team and looking for someone that can be flexible and has the willingness to learn.

This role is a full-time role and will require Saturday work.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Management experience
- Strong people skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Sales experience and strong communication skills.
- Dedicated and motivated work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Can-do attitude & Strong Teamwork skills
- A desire to help people.
- Ability to ride a bike competently and a genuine interest in cycling
- Ability to perform physical duties including moving and storing stock, assisting with test rides and occasional simple mechanical tasks (as taught)
- Motorbike license - would be a bonus

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day running of the shop
- Manage store retail and small workshop, stock levels and serve customers.
- Report directly to the owner
- Operate the Point-of-sale system
- Assist in general store duties.
- Prepared to learn how electric bikes work.
- Help set up and pack up the store.
