About Us

Açaí Affair is a premium self-serve açaí and frozen yogurt brand bringing fun, freshness, and flavour to every bowl With two successful stores and our third on the way, we're looking for a passionate and motivated Store Manager to join our growing team.

The Role

You'll oversee the daily operations of our store — leading a team, driving performance, and ensuring every customer leaves smiling.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, train, and motivate a team of casual and part-time staff

· Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience

· Manage rosters, inventory, and daily operations

· Drive store performance and meet sales targets

· Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

· Handle staff coaching, performance, and incident management

· Collaborate with management on promotions and local marketing

About You

· 2+ years of management experience in hospitality or retail (food service highly regarded)

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Passionate about customer service and creating a positive team culture

· Organised, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

· Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

· Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain within 30 days)

· Unrestricted work rights in Australia

· Confident using POS systems and basic computer tools for rostering and stock
