This is an exciting opportunity to share and grow your patient manual handling experience and knowledge within the OHS team at Western Health. Reporting to the Occupational Health and Safety Operations Manager, the Occupational Health and Safety Advisor / No Lift Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of:

- Western Health’s “Back 4 Life” program
- Identifying areas to improve Western Health manual handling training outcomes
- Providing OHS Advice to Western Health staff and work groups.
- Assisting to achieve the service delivery needs of the Safety Risk and Emergency Management Unit.

**To be Successful in this Role you**:

- Have experience in patient manual handling within a health service.
- Ability to develop and deliver high-quality training using different training delivery methods
- Be prepared to undertake OHS/WHS education if not already qualified.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in developing and managing relationships.
