Purpose of Role: As the Service Centre Administrator, you will provide support to the Service Centre Manager and branch by undertaking a number of administration duties.

This will include but not limited to coordinating services projects for the workshop and field, creating and managing job files, accurate preparation of highly quality quotations/estimations and maintenance of the SAP database.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Maintain SAP database, including reporting and job management
- Daily contractor management, site inductions, compliance checks and contractor management system maintenance
- Liaising with members of the service team, customers and internal sales team to identify customer requirements
- Carrying out purchase order requests and general office purchases such as stationary etc
- Creation and completion of service and job orders, credits and invoices
- Preparation of accurate, efficient and high quality estimating and quotations in addition to achieve business objectives
- Weekly payroll management and additional duties as required

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Experience in an administration role in heavy industry
- Qualification in business or administration highly regarded
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communications skills and organisational skills
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP
