Administer and support a busy shopping centre

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team in providing exceptional front-facing services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, including reception, mail, and administrative tasks.

As a key member of the centre management team, you will be required to maintain high standards of customer service and communication skills.

You will be working closely with various stakeholders, including contractors, tenants, and customers, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Previous experience in administration and property management is highly desirable.
