About the Role

TCWA are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our successful team based at our Forrestfield head office. Reporting to the Executive Assistant & Administration Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with the sales administration process for our New Trucks Sales team.

This role requires someone who is a quick learner, adaptable and has the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing the sales administration of new trucks
  • Providing administrativesupport to the sales team
  • Assisting with month end processes and ad hoc reports
  • Completingthe licensing and paperwork of new vehicles
  • Assisting with relief cover for reception as required

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Previousexposure and experience in a similar position would be highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously andin a team environment
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Current Driver's License & vehicle
