**The Opportunity**:
Make a difference as an experienced people leader at Komatsu. As the Customer Support Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Customer Support Centre operations. Maintaining operational standards, conducting regular activity reporting as well as handling escalations from both internal and external customers, you will be pivotal in the success of both our after-market business and your team.

You will lead a team of Customer Support Representative, who provide support and administration relating to Komatsu Parts. This includes but is not limited to interpreting customer part requirements, quoting, ordering & tracking orders through the supply chain, whilst simultaneously delivering outstanding customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

**Roster**: Full time, 38 hours per week with flexible work options

**Role Located**:Welshpool, WA.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of parts logistics and sales processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, challenging environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in Parts interpretation / administration
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
- Sound understanding of earth-moving equipment with mechanical aptitude (preferred)
