**About the role**:
Join us as a Customer Service Supervisor, leading a team to ensure timely, accurate delivery of parts and clear communication between customers and our delivery team.
- Foster strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Deliver top-tier service by efficiently managing the internal customer service team, handling inquiries, requests, and quotes, and ensuring smooth customer deliveries.
- Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Customer Service team.
- Balance big-picture goals with detailed decision-making.
- Handle customer escalations, order allocation, part profiles, and inventory management.
- Maintain departmental KPIs while focusing on continuous improvement.

- Previous experience in parts interpretation, mechanical aptitude, or knowledge is a plus, but not required.
