Medication Management training (if in a role that will be administering medication)
**Salary **Salary in line with relevant award as displayed on Fair Work
Australia. Varied rate per hour depending on time of day and week versus weekend.

KindleCare is a small disability sector organisation who specialises in person-centred active supports to people with a disability in the Perth metropolitan area. KindleCare specialises in supporting those individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
Position purpose
This position assists people with a disability with daily living, personal care (sometimes with higher needs) and community inclusion and participation activities. Work is undertaken in the context of supporting the person to maintain their wellbeing, explore opportunities and work towards agreed outcomes that are important to, and for, the person. The position delivered person-centred supports. KindleCare administers medication to its consumers but does not provide supports to those who require ongoing restrictive practices.
