As a DC Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for assisting in the implementation of cutting-edge training programs, enhancing your team's skills and performance.

You'll also be instrumental in fostering a thriving work culture that places safety, efficiency, and excellence at its core.

We are now offering a unique opportunity to work a 8 days on and 6 days off day shift roster.

Your efforts will ensure the timely delivery of products through seamless coordination with various departments.

This isn't just a job; it's a chance to take the reins of a dedicated section within our bustling warehouse function.

You'll work hand in hand with our management team, overseeing day-to-day operations and steering our warehouse toward unrivalled efficiency.

Success in this role means achieving ambitious business targets, maintaining compliance, and maximising productivity, all while championing a safe working environment.

**Roster**:8 days, 6 off (10.5 hour shifts)

**What we are looking for**:

- High-level skills in a warehouse operator or inventory/dispatch role
- Proven strong people management skills
- Previous workplace leadership position essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team environment and leading cross-functional teams.
- Valid LF Forklift and/or LO Order Picker license preferred.
