Our client, a large organisation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the business to achieve exceptional employee experiences which result in high levels of engagement, productivity and the achievement of objectives.

Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you will bring to reality strategic people objectives.

**What will you be doing?**
- Support the business in role design & the execution of strategy, policy and business plans.
- Support leaders to develop the competence and confidence required to perform their responsibilities.
- Support change and support initiatives & ensuring ongoing improvement.
- Assist in addressing employee relations, in a consistent & fair manner.
- Provide advice on workforce planning.
- Assist leaders by facilitating performance discussions.
- Provide guidance on day-to-day performance management.

**What you should have.**
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- An understanding of employment and workplace legislation and regulations as well as modern human resource practices, policies and trends.
- Able to travel between locations from time to time.
- Experience working in large, complex organisation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience liaising with Unions &/or working in a complex organisation.
