**About the Role**:
As a conduit to the business, partner with leaders to facilitate an exceptional people experience within their teams that results in high levels of engagement, productivity and the successful achievement of operational and strategic objectives.
The People Experience Partner operationalises strategic people objectives, to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and aligned to business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Influence role design, ensuring scope is relevant and practical to enable staff to achieve successful outcomes.
- Understand the roles impact on the execution of strategy, policy and business plans for the division and/or business unit.
- Understand expectations and appropriate behaviours as set by leaders and required by policy and procedures and actively and openly participate in regular constructive feedback, courageous conversations and the development and monitoring of measurable outcomes against KRA’s.
- Coach leaders to develop the competence and confidence required to perform their people management responsibilities effectively; sets meaningful goals in coaching and identifies specific behaviours or steps for meeting goals.
- Facilitate performance discussions assisting leaders to identify areas for enhancing performance and promoting professional growth
- Participate in continuous improvement activities towards better practice and work with Quality Management team to ensure a streamlined, efficient policy and procedure framework that enables the business.
**W**hat you will bring to the role**:
- Tertiary qualifications related to Business, Psychology or Human Resources or significant progress towards qualification with relevant experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar HR Generalist or Business Partnering role
- Thorough understanding of current employment and workplace legislation and regulations as well as contemporary human resource practices, policies and trends.
- Flexibility to travel to other Endeavour sites when required.
- Experience working in large, complex organisation (desired).
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team, leaders and customers.
- Experience liaising with Unions or working in industrially complex organisation (desired).
