We're seeking a passionate and experienced Safety Business Partner to join our Queensland operations and help lead our journey toward an injury-free workplace.

**About the Role**

As the Safety Business Partner for our Hemmant and Cannon Hill facilities in Brisbane, you'll play a vital role in fostering a proactive safety culture.

Partnering with site leaders, operational teams and Health & Safety Representatives, you'll coach and empower others to embed safety in every process and decision - from logistics and warehousing to engineering and transport.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll lead initiatives, influence change, and help shape a strong, collaborative culture of safety excellence.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Coaching site leaders and teams to adopt and sustain strong safety behaviours.
- Championing the implementation of the Lineage Safety Framework across operations.
- Leading safety risk assessments, audits and incident investigations.
- Supporting the development and delivery of safety and compliance training.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to embed best-practice safety systems.
- Monitoring incident trends and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partnering with HSRs and site safety committees to drive engagement and accountability.
- Providing specialist advice on regulatory compliance and industry standards.

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in a safety-focused role within supply chain, logistics, warehousing or industrial operations.
- Relevant qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety (Cert IV or higher preferred).
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles.
- A coaching mindset and ability to influence and support leaders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, reporting and training facilitation skills.
- Strong time management, attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
