**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **People & Culture Business Partner**
- Influencing role design, ensuring scope is relevant and practical to enable staff to achieve successful outcomes.
- Understanding expectations and appropriate behaviours as set by leaders and required by policy and procedures and actively and openly participating in regular constructive feedback, courageous conversations and the development and monitoring of measurable outcomes against KRA’s.
- Recommending people who can make change happen.
- Using change management tools to support business transformation processes.
- Monitoring progress and success of change processes and sustains change through people solutions
- Understanding and anticipating the impact of the legislative framework and government policy on the organisation
- Understanding and anticipating the impact of social, technological, economic and demographic changes on the organisation/business unit, able to conduct a PESTLE Analysis
- Providing insights, information and advice about people management and the people function’s role, services and capabilities

**What will you bring**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in similar HR Generalist or Business Partnering role
- Thorough understanding of current employment and workplace legislation and regulations as well as contemporary human resource practices, policies and trends.
- Tertiary qualifications related to Business, Psychology or Human Resources or significant progress towards qualification with relevant experience.
- Experience working in large, complex organisation (desired).
- Experience liaising with Unions or working in industrially complex organisation (desired).
