**About the Position**
Anglicare Southern Queensland is a Queensland-trusted non-for-profit organisation supporting Queenslanders for 150 years. We are currently undertaking a digital transformation program that includes multiple projects across the organisation.
We are seeking a dynamic
**Change Analyst** to support the delivery of projects that form part of Anglicare Southern Queensland’s (Anglicare) Digital Transformation. Under the direction of the Change Manager, the Change Analyst is responsible for undertaking change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, communication, and training to prepare the organisation for change and ensure that solutions are adopted successfully.
The Change Analyst will be driving the engagement with local teams to ensure change and adoption. The successful applicant, will lead the change readiness, prepare all stakeholders for new systems and business processes and ensure that everyone is able to adopt a new way of working into their day-to-day behaviours.
**About You**
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Demonstrated ability to use a change management methodology to undertake change management, communication, and engagement activities
- Experience undertaking change management activities, including effectively implementing changes to people’s work, business processes, systems, and technology; coaching leadership and team members
- Proven ability to drive fast adoption and higher utilisation of projects that impact the organisation to increase benefits realisation, value creation, ROI, and achieve results and outcomes
- Strong interpersonal, consultation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Well-developed facilitation and training skills; proven experience in training needs analysis, development of plans, workshops, training videos, quick reference guides, and related materials
- Experience in the design, development, and delivery of training and education, including Instructional design and e-learning development, will be highly regarded.
- Experience in not-for-profit or aged care services will be highly regarded
Qualifications will include
- Current National Police Certificate
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
- Accreditation/certification in a Change Management methodology (desired)
