**Role - Change Management Analyst**

Brisbane Northern Sub. based

2 days WFH

Initial contract until Aug'23

Daily rate, NO agency fees

**About the role**

The Change Analyst will partner with the Change Managers and other key stakeholders on change initiatives to provide change analysis and support that enables the effective implementation and embedding of organisation change initiatives within the organisation.

**Responsibilities**
- Support delivery of change management activities and deliverables aligned to the organisation's Change Framework.
- Work with key stakeholders to facilitate the analysis and review of impacts and business readiness, assisting with the development of change initiatives and associated communications.
- Support the development of change management documentation and deliverables, including developing content for digital and written communications channels.
- Monitor and track successful implementation of change management activities, providing input into stakeholder reporting and identifying risks and issues and developing appropriate mitigations.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships to support the development and implementation of change activities.

**Skills and experience**
- Extensive relevant change analyst experience supporting complex ICT projects
- Ability to influence and establish credibility with senior stakeholders, take ownership and deliver to tight timeframes
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience/ knowledge in using organisational change management methodologies and tools (i.e., Prosci)
