About the role
: Change Analyst (Finance) supports the Business Readiness Lead in driving change management for the SAP S/4HANA Modern ERP Program, ensuring smooth stakeholder engagement and transition.

Required skills and competencies
:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, finance transformation, or business process change within large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's Change Model, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience supporting Finance and Budgeting system implementations, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience in analysis of Period End / Finance Close, Reporting, Lease In, COPA (Margin Analysis), Grants, Treasury / Liquidity, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness strategies.
  • Experience assisting in stakeholder communications, training coordination, and resistance management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop change materials and reports.
  • Strong collaboration and organisational skills, ensuring seamless coordination across business and technical teams.

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience in government, utilities, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Background in finance policy, budgeting, or treasury activities.
  • Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and data management best practices.
