VASS Electrical Industries is seeking a driven and solutions-focused Electrical Project Sales Engineer & Estimator to be a key player in our ongoing growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a fantastic opportunity to blend technical, commercial, and customer-focused skills — with no two days the same

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a vital role in our business by:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and responding to RFQs for both local and international customers
  • Delivering expert product and technical support, providing tailored advice and solutions
  • Promoting and specifying VASS Electrical Power Distribution Systems across a variety of market sectors
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term customer and industry relationships
  • Coordinating and managing projects between clients and our internal engineering/manufacturing teams
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is technically capable and commercially savvy, with:

  • A tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant Electrical Trade background
  • Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics, architectural drawings, and engineering specs
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with Aconex
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence to negotiate and influence at senior levels
