We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Junior HR Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Team
- Assist with organising office and culture initiatives for staff
- HR administration including drafting employment contracts and employee letters, company policy updates, staff announcements and reporting
- Be one of the first points of contact for staff questions

**Desirable**:

- A tertiary qualification (or working towards) in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong administration skills which will contribute towards various HR initiatives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fully vaccinated
