An exciting opportunity for an ambitious People & Culture Coordinator to join a pioneering organisation at the intersection of technology, research and education. You'll support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to training and HR projects, while learning from an experienced and collaborative team.

This role is ideal for a HR Administrator or an Admin Assistant with a Bachelor of HR, ready to take their next step in HR and grow in a progressive, purpose-driven environment.

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to support the wider HR team across recruitment, onboarding, learning, compliance, and people initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid administrative background (ideally in HR or recruitment) who's eager to expand their skill set and be part of a collaborative, values-driven environment.

You'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience and have the chance to make a real impact as the organisation continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate job ads, candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks
  • Partner with hiring managers to keep recruitment timelines on track
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all new starters

HR Administration & Records

  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare contracts and letters
  • Support reporting and data integrity across HR systems
  • Be the go-to for policy and process questions across the business

Learning, Development & Engagement

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops
  • Track learning activities and support graduate and intern programs
  • Assist with engagement initiatives and P&C events

Projects & Process Improvement

  • Support HR projects that enhance systems, processes and technology
  • Help roll out new initiatives that elevate the employee experience

About You

You're organised, curious, and confident - someone who enjoys variety and thrives on making things happen. You've got a natural people touch and love being the go-to person for all things HR.

You'll bring:

  • A degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or admin support
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a love for efficiency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
