Delivering a multitude of tasks in an efficient and accurate manner, this is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual looking to work in a fun and vibrant team, whilst building HR knowledge.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible to ensure that the HR Department requirements for administrative support are undertaken efficiently
- Strive for innovative ways to improve the daily administration within the HR Department
- Communicate policies, practices and procedures which will ensure harmonious employer/associate relations
- General HR administration support
- ADHOC HR projects support as required

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have experience in HR systems
- Familiarity with project management tools, document control systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Demonstrated strong ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
