**How will I Help?**
The role of Team Member exists to assist our internal and external customers across several customer segments supporting and organising approval using Westpac Internal systems. Working towards the Westpac strategy ensuring the customer is put at the centre of everything, identifying ways to simplify our products and processes, growing our business ensuring that we remain strong and working together as one team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organise credit approval & provide relevant information to support the investigation and decisioning of the request.
- you’ll focus on best servicing our clients over the phone by using both systems and processes efficiently and accurately within agreed service levels.
- Responding to and resolving a variety of phone-based requests and enquiries from across the banking network, brokers, solicitors, and customers.
- Take ownership of customer query, seeing it through end to end.

**What do I need?**
- You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service in line with agreed service levels. Additionally, you are a creative problem solver and will strive to find the best possible outcome for your customers.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility with the ability to adjust to changes quickly.
- Team player.
