Max-term opportunity - Based in Paramatta, NSWHybrid work arrangements, 2 days in office and 3 days WFH **What’s the role?** The Team Member, PSO plays a key role in supporting both internal and external customers with international payments and related investigations. This includes managing Day 2 outstanding items and acting as a central point of contact for payment queries across the PSO business. The role requires product knowledge, proficiency in SWIFT formatting, and the ability to navigate various systems used for payment processing and customer service within the Westpac Group. In addition to technical responsibilities, the position involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving complaints, and ensuring service delivery aligns with Westpac’s standards. This is a max-term opportunity based at our Paramatta office.
