**How will I Help?**

Customer Banking Services (CBS) is a customer facing business unit, as part of the Group Operations, Property & Commercial Services team in Group Services. CBS supports the Group’s servicing functions across a variety of activities. Within CBS, the Everyday Banking Operations (EBO) business, the Reconciliations team works predominantly on reconciliation and investigative activities related to transactional accounts and Industry Clearing streams.

This position exists to assist in reconciliation and financial control of approx. 400 operational reconciliations under management. These reconciliations are to be undertaken in accordance with the Reconciliations and Wrap Policies. The reconciler executes on Westpac Group protocol, policies and procedures when completing all tasks, whilst also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement for team and business processes.
