**Team Member - Equipment Finance Operations**

**How will I Help?**

Equipment Finance Operations plays a fundamental role is supporting the origination and fulfilment of Equipment Finance loans and drive the value proposition Westpac Group is known for in the marketplace. This includes supporting loans requests coming from Westpac Group Bankers and our Broker partners and ensuring information received and information captured into our systems align to policy, in line with our risk appetite and ensuring we meet our compliance obligations. Our teams have strict Service Level Agreements, so there is always a level of urgency to meet customer expectations and to support our business partners. We operate in a fast-paced environment where there is a delicate balance between quality and speed.
