**How will I help?**

This role directly contributes to the Westpac Vision of Helping Australians Succeed with the principal purpose of this role being to provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience whilst fulfilling their requests.

As a Westpac Institutional Banking (WIB) team member, you play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building effective relationships with business partners across other teams in Group Operations and the wider Westpac Group.

**What do I need?**
- Ability to manager multiple priorities with strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships with business partners
- Knowledge of Pronto, Ace, E5 and service online (desirable)
- Banking and Finance knowledge preferred
