EML is a leading **Workers Compensation** and **Personal Injury Claims Management** business. This role will undertake payment and recoveries functions to support the business achieving legislative requirements, business objectives and operational instructions.
This will be a **permanent** position commencing **immediately** based in the **Adelaide** office, with flexibility to work from home.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure proactive management of overpayment portfolio is undertaken.
- Gather information, investigate, calculate, confirm and raise recoveries for identified overpayments.
- Analyse appropriate metrics and results and provide relevant and accurate data to support recommendations and decision-making.
- Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding payments and recoveries.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.
