BESIX Watpac are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Team Assistant to join our Adelaide head office supporting our Senior Leadership team.

The key responsibilities of this position will include:

- Proactively drive company safety policies, practices and procedures in compliance with OH&S legislative requirements to provide a safe workplace at all times.
- Support SA Senior Management team with diary coordination and ad hoc administration.
- Coordinate meetings onsite and off-site as required for SA Senior Leadership team.
- Manage expenses for the SA Senior Leadership team.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statement for SA Senior Leadership team.
- Arrange meeting room bookings and catering requirements.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Reception and visitor duties as required.
- Ordering office supplies and stationery.
- Assist with travel management.

**Qualifications**:
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

- Demonstrated experience as a Team Assistant or similar role.
- Working knowledge of MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook and ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
- Ability to cope with shifting work priorities and to prioritise work.
- Ability to communicate and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus.
