**You will do this by**:

- Providing project support to team members to develop, implement and continuously improve resources to provide streamlined service delivery.
- Assisting with the recording, monitoring and analysing of data to ensure up to date and accurate tracking of contractual arrangements funded under the Housing Act 2003 (Community Housing) and Community Service Act 2007 (Specialist Homelessness Services).
- Supporting Contract Management preparation of a range of high quality written material including briefing notes, reports, practice guides and presentations as required.
- Ensuring quality preparation and dissemination of documents and correspondence as required.
- Working both autonomously and within the team and establish and maintain strong working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful and timely implementation of activities and timely and accurate responses.
- Supporting administrative systems including contract management, finance, human resource, reporting and business processes as required.
- Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations.
