**As our Project Officer, you will**:

- Assist the Project Officer responsible for Procurement within C&FS to provide guidance and assistance in procurement activities, including Corporate Card, and the raising of Purchase Orders into SAP.
- Support the delivery of efficient and effective business support services across C&FS, including finance, assets, procurement, contracts, and general administration.
- Provide high level support to the Business Services Officer (C&FS) assisting with the preparation of budgets for various units within C&FS utilising the PARIS Project Management database and the Adaptive Insights budget program.
- Maintain a high level of quality in the performance of all duties, ensuring adherence to processes and systems, continually seeking improvements in the way in which work is undertaken.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:
This role requires high level level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Level 2 Procurement accreditation is desirable.
