**What’s involved**:
This role is responsible for supporting the sales of our high valued Shelter Solutions to our largest Mining, Industrial and Construction Clients. You will be supporting the sales efforts of our largest opportunities, working alongside our Shelter Specialists.The position is located in Toowoomba QLD.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support our Shelter Specialists through preparation and delivery of onsite discussions, project discovery, design and presentations, by carefully mapping customer requirements to effective solutions.
- Coordinate with the internal teams to produce costing, drawings and proposals, which will serve as the foundation of an effective customer delivery, installation and experience.
- Correctly communicate field sketches and job information to the design and drawings team in meetings and when required.
- Manage and coordinate the preparation and response to customer Tender/RFP requests, coordinating with the various internal teams to confirm for feasibility.
- Ensure that all Proposals and Tenders are accurate and professionally presented in a timely manner.
- Proficient in Power Point, SharePoint and Office Suite programs for accurate filing and presentations.
- Update records in CRM and reporting all calls and reports.
- Supporting the internal team with open Opportunities and Orders and support with negotiating contracts.
- Adhering to core values of the company.

**Experience required for the Role**:
This role is a full-time position. Previous experience in a similar role, sales environment.
