This role requires a "can do" person, someone who doesn't wait for tasks to come their way but actively seeks out ways to contribute. A confident and skilled communicator, you will provide excellent service to our clients. Due to our growing firm, this role offers a path for advancement, including the potential to step up into a Personal Assistant (PA) position. In this role, you will: - Provide support to the Personal Assistants and the wider team, managing calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements; - Oversee relevant incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail; - Assist with client correspondence; and - Complete general administrative duties **About you** While relevant experience will be highly regarded, it is not essential - this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in a professional office environment.
